小鹏汽车1月30日在官网宣布，王凤英女士已被任命为公司总裁，自2023年1月30日起生效。她将负责公司的产品规划、产品组合管理和销售业务，向公司董事长兼首席执行官何小鹏汇报。王凤英此前在长城汽车工作超过30年，曾任长城汽车总经理，2022年7月辞去长城汽车总经理职务。
