北京市政协十四届一次会议于1月14日至1月18日召开。会议期间，政协委员李旭红做客新京报千龙网访谈间，她表示：“北京市在科技创新这方面有人才优势、科技优势，教育优势，所以我们可以看到政府预算安排里，科技和教育等方面都在加大支出，这样的优化会进一步促进北京的高质量发展。”
