铁建重工12月13日公告，程永亮因个人工作原因申请辞去公司董事、总经理以及公司董事会战略委员会委员职务。程永亮辞职前还为公司核心技术人员，辞职后，程永亮不在公司担任任何职务。
同日公告，因个人工作原因，王彪提出辞去公司职工代表监事和监事会主席职务并不在公司担任任何职务。
