中证网讯（记者 张军）云海金属11月24日晚公告，公司根据未来发展规划，并参考未来市场需求等相关因素综合考虑，拟在孙公司天津六合镁建设年产250万件镁合金压铸件项目。项目总投资额8000万元，达产后预计实现年净利润为1800万元，投资回收期为4.85年(不含建设期)。
