北京商报讯（记者 马换换）10月26日晚间，潍柴重机（000880）披露公告称，公司拟购潍柴西港新能源动力有限公司（以下简称"西港新能源"）100%股权，交易价格尚未确定，公司股票10月27日起复牌。
据了解，西港新能源主营天然气发动机业务。潍柴重机表示，此次交易可进一步丰富公司业务范围，突出发动机主业。
