据俄新社10月13日报道，俄航天集团总裁鲍里索夫10月13日表示，俄罗斯2023年可能为“友好国家”的客户发射数枚卫星。
据报道，鲍里索夫以商业机密为由未披露具体的国家。2022年，俄罗斯为外国客户发射两次卫星。8月9日“联盟-2.1b”火箭将俄罗斯为伊朗建造的“海亚姆”地球遥测卫星发射入轨；10月12日“质子-M”火箭携载俄罗斯为安哥拉建造的AngoSat-2远程通信卫星点火升空。
