格隆汇10月11日丨沃特股份(002886.SZ)公布，公司拟使用自有资金对全资子公司重庆智成增资9000万元。增资完成后，重庆智成的注册资本将由3.104亿元人民币增加至4.004亿元人民币。本次增资前后，重庆智成均为公司全资子公司，公司持有其100%股权。
