鞭牛士 9月7日消息，据新源视频报道，一位深圳消费者近日表示，今年3月，顺丰快递在为其运送价值11000元的iPhone 13 Pro Max过程中丢件。丢件后，该消费者发现这台全新未拆封的手机被开机激活。
但由于该消费者只选择了2元保价费，根据保价规则，顺丰快递方面表示最多只能赔偿1000元。
事后，顺丰再次回应称，目前相关的责任人员还未核查到，但可赔偿2500元。
