广州瑰丽酒店日前为中秋特别推出瑰丽广御甄味礼盒,以湛江地区传统五仁大月饼为基础,结合广式口味偏好改良,由酒店行政副总厨冯永彪监制而成。两种口味中,榄仁豆沙口味甄选西山榄仁,豆沙低甜不腻,馅料绵滑细密;十黄海鸭蛋白莲蓉口味则精选十颗海鸭蛋黄,翻砂流油的金红色蛋黄糅合白莲子蓉的清香,口感醇厚。
