乌克兰表示，已经收到德国提供的第一批Mars-II多管火箭炮。乌克兰国防部长Oleksij Resnikow周一在媒体频道公布了这一消息。同时美国提供的四部海马斯多管火箭发射器（Himars）也已经运抵。
Mars-II是美制M270多管火箭系统(M270 MLRS)的欧洲版，履带式移动装置。
这批Mars-II多管火箭炮一共有三部。基辅认为，在对抗俄罗斯发动的侵入战争时，先进的多管火箭炮在战场上具有决定性作用。
