央广网北京7月18日消息（记者 阮修星）近日，北京市商务局等11部门联合制定《关于加快二手车流通 促进汽车消费升级的若干措施》提出，研究在原国一国二汽油车、国三柴油车限制进入五环行驶基础上，适时将限行车辆范围扩大到国三汽油车。
