2022年5月11日，地处安康城区东鼓楼街15号的“喇叭洞”泵站改造扩容工程的工地内，工人们正在施工(图一、二)。此次改造扩容工程预计明年6月竣工。
喇叭洞是解决城区内涝的重点部位，1983年特大洪灾后随即得到重建(图三)。
