中证网讯（记者 李岚君）3月24日，中国宝武钢铁集团有限公司发布公告称，按照《国务院关于化解产能严重过剩矛盾的指导意见》《国务院关于钢铁行业化解过剩产能实现脱困发展的意见》和《钢铁行业产能置换实施办法》要求，经国务院国资委（国资厅改革〔2021〕273号）复函同意，拟将宝钢特钢有限公司电炉产能出让。
据悉，此次出让涉及1座40吨电炉和1座60吨电炉，对应36万吨炼钢产能。
