3月17日晚间，世茂股份公告称，已向中国证券登记结算上海分公司指定的银行账户足额划拨本金及利息兑付资金，用于兑付公司债券“19世茂G2”。2022年3月21日兑付完成后，上述债券将全部结清。
根据公告披露，该债券发行总额为10亿元，2021年9月债券回购实施完毕后，本期债券余额为9.50亿元，票面利率为4.64%，计息期限自2019年3月19日起至2022年3月18日止，本次利息兑付期限自2021年3月19日至2022年3月18日止。
