中证网讯（记者 董添）中国建筑2月25日晚间公告，根据工作需要，经公司董事长郑学选提名，第三届董事会提名委员会审查和建议，同意张兆祥担任中国建筑总裁。张兆祥自2020年7月起任中国建筑集团有限公司党组副书记，2020年8月起任中国建筑集团有限公司董事，2020年12月起任中国建筑股份有限公司董事，2022年2月起任中国建筑集团有限公司总经理。
