观点网讯：1月25日，美国私募基金巨擘黑石管理的不动产投资信托基金Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT)，收购上市的美国不动产投资信托基金Resource REIT，交易价值37亿美元。
根据公告，BREIT提出的每股收购作价为14.75美元，并将承担Resource REIT债务。完成交易后，BREIT将增加42个花园式出租住宅群，涉及1.26万个单位。
