证券时报e公司讯，华联控股(000036)1月5日晚间公告，公司控股股东华联集团将其所持有的华联控股5%股份转让给杭州里仁，每股转让价格为4.005元，转让总价款为2.97亿元。此次协议转让完成后，华联集团持有华联控股的股份比例由原来的33.21%减至28.21%。公司控股股东、实控人未发生变动。
