上证报中国证券讯 1月4日晚间，上海银行发布公告称，近日，该行收到《中国银保监会江苏监管局关于筹建上海银行泰州分行的批复》，江苏银保监局同意该公司筹建泰州分行。
上海银行表示，筹建工作完成后，该行将按照有关规定和程序向江苏银保监局提出开业申请。（何奎）
