乐居买房讯 童文俊 朱雅文 宝山区新房项目经纬至臻豪庭原定于今日（2021年10月31日）交房。居在经纬至臻豪庭现场得知原定于今日交房的房子已延期至11月。
经纬至臻豪庭由经纬置地有限公司开发，为经纬城市绿洲七期项目，乐居在现场探访得知，原定于10月底交房的2、3、4、5栋已确认延期。售楼处表示，11月肯定会交房，并未告知具体日期。
