央广网北京10月2日消息（记者 安垚）近日，亿达中国控股有限公司发布董事会变动公告。
公告指出，张修枫已辞任非执行董事，以投放更多时间在处理其他个人事务上，卢剑华先生已获委任为非执行董事及董事会副主席，自2021年9月29日起生效。
同时，卢剑华已获委任为非执行董事及董事会副主席，收取董事袍金每年60,000港元。
