中国网地产 9月8日，嘉凯城集团发布公告称，控股股东华建控股质押公司股份1.44亿股。
公告显示，华建控股持有公司4.02亿股股份，占公司总股本8%。本次质押公司股份数量为1.44亿股，占公司总股本8%，占该股东所持股份35.85%，质押起始日为2021年9月6日，质权人为中信证券。
本次质押股份不涉及负担重大资产重组等业绩补偿义务。
