兆基沩水玥总用地面积约5.76万平方米，总建筑面积约20.5万平方米，项目周边教育、医疗、商业、景观配套资源丰富，交通便利。

私家园景，沩水萦绕，简约米白色调搭配仪式感门头，辅以前庭时尚的雕塑装饰，营造隆重的归家感，让人瞬间沉浸在私享府邸的氛围中。门头两侧的现代感设计增加了空间延伸感与视觉冲击感。

穿过入口廊道，映入眼帘的是大型中心公园，大片树木植被环绕的亲子互动公园、儿童游乐场地，活动场地后方是一个大型的公共活动场地，满足未来生活健康场景的要求，沿着活动场地四周布置了数条慢跑步道路线，配置智能健身绿道、全息互动系统等智能设备，构建全民康健的健康社区。
To meet the requirements of the future life and health scene, several jogging trails are arranged around the activity site, intelligent fitness greenway, holographic interactive system and other intelligent devices are configured, and a healthy community for all people is built.
沩水玥建筑通过采用几何形式的空间切口，使用大面积玻璃挡板和落地窗设计，让住户享受到最好的日照条件，冷灰色涂层及铝合金杆件，搭配简洁现代的立面设计，显得建筑整体内敛大气。建筑首层采用架空设计，增加建筑的通透感，兼顾内外力求最大化的享受优越的景观资源。
Through the use of geometric cuts in the space, large glazed panels and floor-to-ceiling Windows are designed to allow the residents to enjoy the best daylight conditions. The first floor of the building is designed on stilts to increase the transparency of the building.
在优质景观资源的环境中，寻找充满无限生机的空间与乐趣。通过立体式的规划及人性化的设计，在建筑与公共活动空间之间设置各种生活场所与互动空间，提供丰富的、多元化的活动资源，构建和谐、开放的花园式社区。
