上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）燕京啤酒公告，北京控股集团财务有限公司拟将注册资本由200,898万元增至368,498万元，公司决定以北京控股集团财务有限公司审计基准日经审计净资产值为依据作价出资，以1.3425元/股的价格同比例现金增资24,930万元。本次增资前后，公司持股比例均为11.08%。
