近日，太原市规划和自然资源局官网发布公示，为推动万柏林区大众机械厂棚户区改造项目的顺利实施，解决居民回迁安置的问题，万柏林区政府申请对WBL-01片区03街区027等地块、WBL-04片区06街区135等地块控规进行修改。
修改范围：北起气化街，南至纺织北街，西起20米规划路，东至众纺路，总用地面积33.64公顷。
修改内容包括：1.用地性质修改；2.地块指标赋值；3.道路红线优化；4.其它管控内容和方式。
