当地时间7月9日，法国总统马克龙在萨赫勒五国集团峰会上表示，法国将于2021年下半年起，逐步关闭位于马里北部的军事基地。到2022年初，位于马里基达尔、泰萨利特和廷巴克图的三座军事基地将全部关闭。（总台记者 马瑾瑾）
