国家统计局今天发布的70大中城市房价数据显示，新房上涨城市数量连续3月持平，且价格涨幅小幅扩大；二手房价格上涨城市数量继续减少，且价格涨幅较上月收窄，涨幅达年内最低水平。整体来看，由于近期多城调控重点转向二手房市场，二手房降温幅度更加明显。业内预计接下来调控升级仍将会延续，房价涨幅将会继续趋缓。
