新京报贝壳财经讯 企查查APP显示，近日，郑州市简恩教育信息咨询有限公司控股股东井某因不服个人注册的41类“鸿蒙”商标被撤销，提起上诉。相关二审行政判决书5月28日公开。法院认定，本案中，井某未体现诉争商标的实际使用证据，无法提供指定期间进行真实、有效的商业使用，依据2013年商标法第四十九条第二款规定，驳回上诉，本判决为终审判决。
