中新网客户端5月17日电(吴涛)17日，在2021世界电信和信息社会日大会上，工信部党组成员、副部长刘烈宏称，2020年下半年以来，随着5G建设发展进程加快，移动网络单位流量平均资费又下降了10%。根据国际测速机构3月份数据，我国移动网络速率在全球排名第4位，固定宽带速率在全球排名第16位。
