“集资诈骗”套路揭秘。所谓“集资诈骗” ，就是犯罪份子以投资盈利为幌子骗取社会公众信任，并以高额利息为诱饵向社会公众筹借资金，等到筹借的资金数额达到犯罪份子的目标后，犯罪份子便卷款潜逃的犯罪行为。
