人民网瑞丽4月11日电 (李发兴)据云南省卫生健康委员会通报，4月10日0时至24时，云南省无新增确诊病例和无症状感染者。
截至4月10日24时，云南省现有确诊病例88例(境外输入4例，本土84例)，无症状感染者39例(境外输入14例，本土25例)，均在定点医疗机构隔离治疗和医学观察。
