聊城首个垃圾分类宣教中心在正建设中。该中心位于长江路北、华山路西凤凰广场内南侧。该中心内设多个垃圾分类知识普及模块，建成后，将面向大众、特别是为中小学生的垃圾分类教育提供一个宣传、展示、体验于一体的教育园区，服务于垃圾分类工作。目前，中心主题部分已经建设完成。
