证券时报e公司讯，中信建投(601066)4月6日晚间公告，近日，中国证监会出具《关于核准中信建投基金管理有限公司变更股权的批复》，核准江苏广传广播传媒有限公司将其持有的中信建投基金20%股权转让给公司。本次股权转让完成后，公司对中信建投基金的持股比例将由55%增加至75%。
