近日，南郑区小南海镇回军坝村村民反映：2018年因修建汉中龙头山景区道路占用其土地一直未发放赔偿款，小南海镇给的回复称， 镇上领导已和交通局联系，力争会尽快处理。但是现在一直还未发放该款项。此款项已3年多还未发放，多次咨询镇上都回复会尽快，却一直不予发放。希望尽快解决土地补偿款发放问题，给出一个明确的发放时间。（网友反映）
