中证网讯（记者 杨澎）天安新材（603725）3月15日盘后公告，公司拟向曹春清等11名自然人分三次以现金方式收购其持有的浙江瑞欣装饰材料有限公司100%股权，本次收购（第一次收购）标的公司60%股权（对应1686万元注册资本）的交易对价为1.17亿元。
