据Simpleflying报道，法航宣布将在未来三个月内退役4架波音777-200ER飞机，由最新的空客A350客机替代。
首架退役的777-200ER飞机已经从巴黎调机飞往法国西南部城市塔布，飞机注册号为F-GSPV，机龄19.1年。。其余3架也将在5月底前退役。
法航自1998年接收首架波音777-200ER飞机，至2002年共计接收了25架，这些飞机是法航远程机队的骨干。目前其中机龄最大的已经超过了22年。在这25架飞机中有15架已经15架停飞超过了1年。
法航计划使用最新的空客A350飞机来替代777-200ER飞机，目前已经接收了6架。
