2月11日，常德高新区东鼎动力彩灯闪耀、灯笼高悬，年味儿十足。生产线上，工人们仔细维检设备，为大年初四复工做准备。今年，公司20多位外地员工选择就地过年，每人将获得园区和企业发放的过节补贴1300元。今晚的年夜饭，企业出钱让大家自行购买食材，亲手烧制家乡的味道。“就地过年，是为了更好的团圆。”大家对这个特别的春节充满期待。
