8月28日，长航凤凰发布公告，全资子公司武汉长航新凤凰物流有限责任公司与舟山长宏国际船舶再生利用有限公司签署了《船舶买卖合同》，售出岭海轮的总价为1,912.88万元。
岭海轮4.23万载重吨，主机功率7120千瓦,船龄33年，该轮船检证书6月30日特检到期，最多展期至9月30日，将于2020年12月29日达到强制报废期限，后不能再投入生产营运。
