任家塔佛殿庙遗址位于离石区西属巴街道盛地村任家塔自然村内。东西长15米，南北宽12米，分布面积约180平方米。创建年代不详，据碑载，清道光二年(1822)曾重修，为清代遗存。遗址上残存基础，另存碑1通，青石质圆首，通高1.35米，厚0.15米，宽0.5米，清道光二年(1822)四月立石。
