在图卢兹大学(University of Toulouse)学习之后，Philippe Jalbert 为Seuil Jeunesse、Gautier-Languereau、Larousse、Milan、Belin、Lito和Thierry Magnier等出版商担任儿童作家和插画师超过十年。与此同时，他还为图卢兹的Le Mirail应用艺术学院的出版、交流和讲座作画。
