“收废品、收黄豆、收菜籽……”在乡村道路上，时常有一些低速汽车装上喇叭，不停走街串巷叫卖，声音较大，这也存在着一定的交通安全隐患。今年新年第一天，在高邮就发生了一起典型案例，因叫卖声太大，导致一辆三轮汽车没有及时听到轿车驾驶人的鸣笛警示，引发交通事故。
