去年开始锻炼,锻炼了几天,但是没有坚持下去
看着我这日渐臃肿的身材,和我这日渐变差的体质
决定开始锻炼
做了墙壁俯卧撑3组×30个=90个
深蹲第五式3组×20个=60个
我先坚持这两个吧
