根据法国记者Matt Spiro报道，由于洛里扑点效果不佳，法媒呼吁在点球大战换上阿雷奥拉。
Matt Spiro发推称：“如果法国对阿根廷拖进加时，那么本届世界杯可能会首次出现第4个换人，法媒讨论称，是否在点球大战换下洛里，而换上扑点更好的阿雷奥拉。”
Matt Spiro指出，洛里最近15次扑点只有2次成功，上赛季阿雷奥拉11次扑点，5次成功化解。2013年世青赛，阿雷奥拉在决赛点球大战中扑出对手前2轮点球，帮助法国战胜乌拉圭。
