上海市气象台2026年08月31日19时55分发布中心城区暴雨蓝色预警信号：预计未来6小时内，黄浦区、长宁区、静安区、普陀区、虹口区、杨浦区将出现一小时雨量40毫米以上的短时强降水天气，请注意防范局地极端强降雨引发的各类灾害。
此前发布的中心城区雷电黄色预警信号依旧高挂。
