尼泊尔国家减少灾害风险管理局公布数据，截至当地时间8月28日中午12时，尼泊尔北部地区山洪造成的死亡人数升至477人。气象部门预计，未来几天尼泊尔北部地区还有可能出现降雨，进一步影响道路通行，给救援带来更大的挑战，伤亡人数也可能进一步上升。
