【點新聞報道】消息指，立法會主席決定根據《議事規則》第14（1）及（2）條，在9月16日（星期三）上午11時加開一次立法會會議，行政長官將於會議上公布香港五年規劃及發表2026年施政報告。此會議不會處理其他事項。
香港五年規劃及2026年施政報告行政長官互動交流答問會將於9月17日（星期四）上午10時30分至中午12時舉行。
