【金帝股份：拟投资4.26亿元建设液冷关键部件智能制造项目】财联社8月28日电，金帝股份(603270.SH)公告称，公司子公司博源精密拟投资2.1亿元建设液冷关键换热部件及高效散热模组总成智能制造项目；子公司新思维拟投资2.16亿元建设液冷关键部件及集成式散热模组总成精密智能制造项目。两项目总投资4.26亿元，尚需提交股东会审议。
