“台州发布”消息，今年第18号台风“沙德尔”已于28日8时5分在台州玉环坎门街道沿海登陆，9时10分前后在温州龙湾区沿海再次登陆。目前全市汛情平稳可控。根据《台州市防汛防台抗旱应急预案》，经会商研判，市防指决定8月28日15时将防台风应急响应调整为Ⅱ级。
