人民财讯8月28日电，受台风“沙德尔”影响，江西、湖南有大到暴雨，部分地区有大暴雨。经自然资源部地质灾害技术指导中心研判，江西西部、湖南中部和南部部分地区发生地质灾害的风险较高。自然资源部决定于8月28日10时对江西、湖南启动地质灾害防御IV级响应。
