8月27日，微创机器人-B（02252）发布公告，刘雨因需投入更多时间处理其他事务，辞去公司执行董事及商业化委员会成员职务。梁敏同样因同样原因辞去非执行董事及提名委员会、商业化委员会成员职务，辞任将在即将举行的临时股东大会结束时生效。
董事会提名Jonathan W Chen及惠青为公司非执行董事，待股东在临时股东大会上审议及批准。
