据美国方面26日消息，美国司法部准备重启捕获法庭的运作，以简化扣押伊朗油轮及相关货物的程序，加强对伊朗的海上封锁。
据3名消息人士称，美国司法部正与国防部协调推进有关计划。按照该计划，美国联邦检察官可更快将敌方或中立船只上的石油等货物认定为“美国资产”。相关货物可被出售，所得款项将转交美国财政部。
